      Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Apparel K , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. 
      We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.
    • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

      International Shipping fees start at $5, but may vary depending on the weight of the item(s). The fee is calculated at checkout.
    • How long will it take to receive my order?

      Please allow 3-14 business days for your order to be shipped. 
      All orders are shipped via Post Office. 
      International Package (approximately 7-30 business days to deliver).
      As soon as your order has been shipped you’ll get a confirmation email and tracking number for your package.

    • Once marked as "delivered" by post office tracking, we are not responsible for the package.
    • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

      Firstly PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Also, Shopify has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
    • What if something is wrong with my order?

      If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly.

    To request a return, Send us an email to kapparelmx@gmail.com. Mention the items you want to send back, fill in the relevant information and send it.

    We will write a response as soon as possible and will ask you to send it back to an address written in our response.

    All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

    After the package is delivered and the tracking code provided by us says so you have 5 days to let us know about any problem with your item.

    For our International customers the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

    The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! Please retain shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.

    The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.


    Once your order has been placed there are no cancellations to be done. Please make a purchase once you are completely sure about your order.
